“I recently attended a training course led by Alvin in the Atlanta area. I was pleasantly surprised by how fun, engaging, and hands-on Alvin built the class. It wasn't just about reading/following the handbook, but instead, really being able to interact and discuss real-time examples of things we all face in the real work-world. I was able to learn a great deal about different personality types and how to better deal with/work with those teammates.”
